About The DEMP Project
Our Founder
The DEMP Project was founded by Taisha Barnett in 2015. Taisha is a former dancer and escort who was brutally attacked by one of her customers. She made a promise to God that if he would spare her life, she would follow him. Little did she know that in her obedience, he would have her go back to the dark spaces to reach women just like her in desperate need of a Savior.
DEMP was formed from a promise to God that we would reach his children in the dark place's others wouldn't go. Taisha's hope is to recruit people who are brave enough to help achieve the vision God gave her to continue the search and rescue mission from God. We must ask ourselves... If not us, then who?
